Velvet.

Velvet/suede is my favourite thing ever. I wish my whole wardrobe was made out of velvet, but luckily for my friends it's not. I do generally have quite a lot of velvet things of the top of my head I can think of at least 4 dresses, 2 pairs of leggings, 1 bright red velvet shirt, 2 pairs of shoes. I just love how horribly grotesque and goth things in velvet are. Actually saying this it's quite popular now with places like topshop and H&M making pretty great dresses out of it, but I will always love bright velvet pieces that make no one want to stand near you the whole day. I guess you could class these as grotesque it depends how your looking at them, I personally think there pretty nifty but I would wear pretty much anything so thats not really saying much! I do apologise for how shit this outfit is, I went to stay at my boyfriends last night and I was so tired, so at 10 o'clock I really wasn't thinking about my fashion presence and more about what was comfortable and clean. Yes this was the tshirt I had on yesterday, but I made sure it didn't smell, as I've got slight OCD about shit like that, but who hasn't really. The leggings are quite comfortable but they're only from Primark and there made from Polyester which means I'm continuously having to pull them up. I wish my post could include the wonderful things I had done with my wednesday maybe going to somewhere special or learning something new... but no, I spent my wednesday doing a 3 hour photography exam or walking outside in the rain so my friends could smoke ( I don't even smoke). So unless you want me to tell you what kind of composition Ansel Adams or Henri Cartier Bresson uses, there's no interesting stories today. I have also spent the whole day overlooking people watching this Kony video, so I should probably spend some of my evening checking that out as well as doing the mountain of work I have. Joy.

I included Madonna's "Like A Prayer", because this song is pretty much getting me through this week. And she may be the shadow of her former self nowadays, but she definitely once was it. Oh I also thought you should check out my favourite earring ever (ignore my uggoness)
